I have always felt very supported by the COPE Local 550 team. The Union President, Vice-President, and Stewards have provided so much support for me during a time in my work life that was affected by illness and disability. I was assisted through a grievance with a successful outcome. As well, they are always available when you need to vent or speak with them, or just get some advice on how to proceed with issues when dealing with HR. COPE Local 550 has been there for me through all of my issues and illnesses and has alleviated all of my anxiety regarding any difficulty I have had with HR. They really go the extra mile to help the employees.
